Application for new issuance of a certificate is available after verifying the completion of the required education and training courses for qualification and passing the test for evaluation.

Certificate Renewal is possible only when the conditions for Renewal are met as defined by the regulations for each certification category.

If you lose your certificate, you can request reissuance.
